Beard Papa's Membership Program - Cream Puff Squad Term of Use

 

By accessing or using Beard Papa's membership program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any changes made to them from time to time.

 

Membership:

1. Beard Papa's membership is only applicable to all Beard Papa's Singapore outlet except Jurong Point, Velocity, Century Square and Singpost Centre.

 

2. Beard Papa's member app (with an active internet connection/electronic communication) must be presented to the cashier at the point of purchase by a member for the transaction at the store to ensure that the spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Any failure to do so shall result in the amount spent not being taken into account for points accumulation, and Beard Papa's shall not be held liable for such failure, including situations where the member page, mobile, or electronic device on which the Mobile App is installed does not have an active internet connection or electronic communication for any reason whatsoever.

 

3. Beard Papa's reserves the rights to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the membership at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice.

 

Points and Reward:

1. Every $1 spent by a member in a transaction is equivalent to 1 point.

 

2. Each transaction receipt shall entitle only 1 member to accumulate point

 

3. Any points or reward vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged in cash

 

4. Points earned from a transaction may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be reflected in the Beard Papa's member app, and redemption of points by a member shall only be allowed with the points already reflected in the app.

 

5. Points cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another member account. Your Membership will be for your own use only and you will not share your Membership QR code or login details with anyone else.

 

6. Beard Papa's reserves the right to correct the points balance provided in your Mobile App if they believe that a billing or accounting error has occurred, regardless of whether notice is provided.

 

7. Points collected shall be on a cumulative basis, subject always to the condition that any points collected from a transaction must be redeemed within 6 or 12 months(depending on your tier) from the time the points were earned ("Expiration Date") OR before the membership expires, whichever comes first.
